Chenin Blanc, one of the best grape varieties on earth, here biodynamically farmed by Mike Sleegers in Margaret River, and then made by Xavier and Patrick at Jumping Juice.

This one's got all the typical cues of Chenin Blanc - Citrus, green apple, lemon curd, grapefruit - and great palate weight, tension, acidity, and importantly, a dry finish... we love it!
