Case of 12 Bottles

An incredibly unique and interesting Chardonnay - one not dominated by oak but rather a rich, nutty, oxidative element on the nose - think hazelnuts, marzipan, toasted almonds, but that contrasted with a fresh, vibrant, citrus-led palate. Drinks fresh and clean but a clear nod to the Jura (an area in France known for richer, oxidative white wines such as Vin Jaune).... All said, incredibly unique and incredibly moreish! A great aperitif wine, would definitely go well with cheeses and cured meats (we were thinking swap out Sherry for this one with Jamón Ibérico!) 

Terroir Project is a new project of single-vineyard wines showcasing unique terroirs from around Australia. It's a new project brought to life by Dan Gillett, founder of Wine Diamonds New Zealand, and his sister (also winemaker), Lauren Langfield, who works as Chief Winemaker for Orbis Wines in McLaren Vale and produces wine under her own name too. The wines are incredible translations of vineyard site and soil, and for the technically minded among us, the back labels offer all of the following information on each wine too.
